At You're So Fancy, we prioritize a personalized approach. Upon making a booking, we deliberately schedule an hour in between sessions for meticulous cleanup and seamless setup changes. This thoughtful approach not only ensures a pristine environment but also grants you, the photographer, a dedicated 15-minute window before and after your scheduled session. This allows you to familiarize yourself with the space, fostering a sense of comfort and ownership. STUDIO EAST

Studio East is a captivating, vintage-inspired natural light haven tucked away on the second floor of a charming 1930s apartment building. With lofty 9-foot ceilings and original hardwood floors, this unique space exudes character and warmth.

In the main studio area, abundant natural light streams in from north and east-facing windows, creating an inviting ambiance. Meanwhile, the second studio area is bathed in sunlight from east and south-facing windows, offering a dynamic interplay of light and shadows.

STUDIO WEST

Just across the hall from Studio East, you'll find Studio West. In the main area, Studio West welcomes the soft glow of natural light through north and west-facing windows. The second studio space is bathed in sunlight from west and south-facing windows, creating an interplay of light and shadows.

Similar to its counterpart, Studio West boasts 9-foot ceilings and original hardwood flooring, but it distinguishes itself with a modern and chic décor that adds a contemporary touch to the original vintage charm.

  • Yes! The building has a private parking lot with more than enough parking for you, and your clients.

  • Yes! The both studios offer central air and are controllable from the thermostat located in the hallway.

  • Yes! While both studios are a natural light studios we also offer the option to use our provided lighting equipment or your own. We provide two continuous light soft boxes with the ability to change intensity and color temp.

  • Yes! We also have a mini fridge to keep anything you need cold.

  • Yes! We are located on the second floor of the building making it extremely private and great for boudoir photo shoots. Studio East has a full size bed. Studio West has a queen size bed.

  • Yes! We provide free wireless internet.
