And just so we’re clear — we are a photography studio rental space.

We provide the space, the vibes, and the creative atmosphere — but a photographer is not included with your booking. You’re welcome to bring your own photographer (or create yourself).

  • Yes — Royal Oak: Enjoy the convenience of a private parking lot with ample space for you and your clients.
    Pontiac: Street parking is available directly in front of the studio. Please note that parking is metered.

  • Royal Oak is equipped with central air and can be adjusted using the thermostat in the hallway. In Pontiac, a separate thermostat controls the mini-split system located on the right-side wall.

  • Yes! While both studios are a natural light studios we also offer the option to use our provided lighting equipment or your own. We provide two continuous light soft boxes with the ability to change intensity and color temp.

  • Yes!

  • Yes — both studios are well-suited for boudoir sessions. The Royal Oak studio is located on the second floor, offering privacy and comfort. It features a full-size bed in the back room, perfect for intimate shoots. The Pontiac studio includes a movable queen-size bed and curtains that let in natural light while still providing privacy.

  • Yes — we are a pet-friendly studio! We love when furry friends join in on sessions. We just ask that pets remain on a leash at all times and are up to date on vaccinations.
