Studio Rental Space

You’re so Fancy Studio features two studio spaces. Studio East is vintage inspired. Studio West is inspired by modern design. Both studios are natural light studios located on the second floor of a historic 1930’s apartment building. Both Studios feature 9 ft. ceilings and original hardwood floors. Studio East features north and east facing windows in the main studio, and east and south facing windows in the smaller second studio space. Studio West features north and west facing windows in the main studio, and west and south facing windows in the smaller second studio space.

We keep things intimate at You’re so Fancy. Once a booking is made we block out an hour in between for cleanup and setup changes. This allows you, the photographer, 15 minutes before and after your scheduled time to come get comfortable with the space before your client arrives. We believe scheduling this way creates a space that you can truly feel is your own.

  • We are located in Royal Oak, within walking distance of downtown. Our address is 605 West 11 Mile Road, Royal Oak, Michigan 48067. We are on the upper floor of the Aiello Group building.

  • Yes! The building has a private parking lot with more than enough parking for you, and your clients.

  • Yes! The entire space is airconditioned and controllable from the thermostat located in the hallway.

  • Yes! While we are a natural light studio we also offer the option to use our provided lighting equipment or your own. We provide two continuous light soft boxes. The space is easily transformed into a lighting controlled environment with our provided blackout curtains.

  • Yes! We also have a mini fridge to keep anything you need cold.

  • Yes! We are located on the second floor of the building making it extremely private and great for boudoir photo shoots.

  • Yes! We provide free wireless internet.
